We aim to keep product descriptions, images, specifications, prices and availability accurate. However, product colours, finishes, dimensions and technical details may vary slightly depending on manufacturing tolerances, screen display, batch variation or supplier updates.
A quote is provided based on the information supplied by you and is not a confirmed order until accepted by us. We may need to confirm stock, delivery, technical suitability, cutting requirements, quantities or lead times before an order is accepted.
For bespoke, custom-cut, special order, CNC, fabricated or made-to-measure items, you are responsible for checking measurements, artwork, specifications and suitability before production begins.
Prices and quote values may change due to supplier pricing, delivery costs, currency changes or product availability. Payment terms will be confirmed at checkout, invoice or quotation stage. Goods remain our property until paid for in full unless otherwise agreed in writing.
We aim to provide reliable delivery across the UK and, where agreed, beyond. Delivery dates are estimates unless specifically confirmed in writing. Larger, fragile, cut-to-size or specialist sign materials may require special handling and may have different delivery times.
Many of our products are used by sign makers, print professionals and trade customers. You are responsible for checking that a product is suitable for your intended application, substrate, printer, ink type, environment, installation method and local regulations. Our team may provide guidance, but final suitability remains your responsibility unless agreed otherwise in writing.
For CNC, cutting, fabrication, custom signage or special order work, we may rely on artwork, dimensions, drawings or instructions supplied by you. Once approved and production has started, changes may not be possible and cancellation rights may be limited for bespoke work.
Returns and refunds are handled in line with our Refund & Return Policy. Nothing in these Terms affects your statutory rights.
Some rights and cancellation rules differ between consumer purchases and business/trade purchases. Where you purchase on behalf of a business, trade account or company, business-to-business terms may apply.
We are not responsible for indirect losses, loss of profit, loss of business, installation delays or project losses arising from incorrect product selection, misuse, incorrect installation, unsuitable storage or information supplied incorrectly by the customer. We do not exclude liability where it cannot be excluded by law.
Website content, product images, branding, text and layouts belong to Desert Sign Supplies LTD or relevant licensors and must not be copied or reused without permission. If you provide artwork or designs, you confirm you have the right to use them.
