Delivery Areas

We arrange delivery for customers across the United Kingdom. Delivery outside the UK, or delivery for very large, heavy or specialist orders, may be available by quotation and agreement before dispatch.

Delivery Times

Delivery times depend on stock availability, order size, delivery address, courier availability and whether the item needs cutting, preparation, special handling or custom work. We will provide the best available delivery estimate when your order is confirmed.

Unless a different delivery time has been agreed with you, UK distance selling guidance expects goods to be delivered within 30 days. If a delivery estimate changes, we will contact you using the details supplied with your order.

Large, Heavy or Fragile Materials

Some products need specialist delivery because of their size, weight or fragility. This may include acrylic sheets, PVC foam board, aluminium composite panels, banners, display stands, LED lighting products, channel letter materials and other trade signage supplies.

For these orders, delivery charges and delivery times may vary. We may contact you to confirm access requirements, unloading arrangements or courier restrictions before dispatch.

Delivery Charges

Delivery charges are based on the items ordered, quantity, destination, packaging and courier requirements. Where delivery is not automatically calculated online, we may confirm the delivery charge by quotation before processing the order.

Checking Your Delivery

Please check your delivery as soon as it arrives. If packaging appears damaged, missing or opened, note this with the courier where possible and contact us promptly with your order details, photographs and a description of the issue.

Please keep the packaging until the matter has been reviewed, as courier partners may need evidence before a damage claim can be assessed.

Incorrect Address, Missed Delivery or Failed Delivery

Please make sure your delivery address and contact details are correct before placing an order. If a delivery fails because the address is incorrect, access is unavailable or no one is available to receive the goods, extra delivery, storage or return charges may apply.

Order Cancellation Before Dispatch

If you want to cancel an order, contact us as soon as possible at [email protected]. If the order has not been dispatched, cut, prepared, sourced specially or put into production, we will do our best to cancel it before it leaves us.

Cancellation may be limited once an order has entered dispatch, production, cutting, fabrication, special sourcing or CNC preparation.

Custom, Cut, Special Order and CNC Work

Some orders are made, cut, sourced or prepared to your specification. This may include custom sheet sizes, special-order materials, CNC services, prepared signage materials or any order made specifically for your project.

Custom-made, personalised or specially prepared items may not be eligible for cancellation or return once work has started, except where the item is faulty, not as described or otherwise protected by law.

Consumer Cancellation Rights

If you are buying as a consumer through an online, phone or distance order, you may have the right to cancel eligible goods within 14 days of receiving them. After telling us that you want to cancel, you generally have another 14 days to return the goods.

These rights do not usually apply in the same way to goods that are custom-made, personalised, cut to size, specially sourced for you, used, damaged after delivery or supplied under trade/business terms. This does not affect your statutory rights for faulty or misdescribed goods.

Business and Trade Orders

Many Desert Sign Supplies customers buy for business, trade, signage, printing or project use. Business-to-business cancellations and returns are handled by agreement, unless the goods are faulty, damaged on arrival or not as described.

International Delivery

Where international delivery is agreed, delivery times, freight costs, customs charges, import duties and taxes may vary by destination. Unless agreed otherwise in writing, the customer is responsible for any local import duties, taxes or customs clearance charges.
